Exploring our heritage - Year 5

Students reliving the siege of 1429 when Malta defeated Saracen invaders. As they role-played this historic event, the students were guided to engage with with various issues such as bullying and slavery. They also engaged with the symbolism of Mattia Preti's painting of St. Paul.
